Kishor Thakker

Mr. Kishor Thakker, the pioneer of this group is a Graduate of Arts belonging to a family of landlords holding considerable land banks in Mumbai and Gujarat. He began his career as a Ship Chandler and soon became very successful as he was only the second person in the country to get a bonded licence from the government.

But being a very ambitious person just becoming a very successful ship chandler was not enough for him. He wanted to test his mettle further and therefore embarked on a journey of charting a new course in the unchartered territory of Real Estate Consultancy. In 1975, he set up GURUKRUPA ENTERPRISES to offer professional and transparent real estate consultancy services in one of the most unorganized sectors of those times Real Estate. His sincere efforts soon enabled him to gain the trust and respect of his clients. GURUKRUPA ENTERPRISES thrived quickly and soon established itself as one of the best real estate consultancy firms serving more than 100 top corporates such as MNC, Banks and Financial institutes for their needs of Commercial and Residential needs.

Besides being a successful businessman Mr.Kishor Thakker is also an acknowledged philanthropist who does a lot of charity work in the remote places of Kutch. Here he provides free medical assistance as well as free education to girls and the deprived children in remote villages. He also allows poor villagers (who are ready to work) to use his land for farming free of cost thus allowing them to become self-reliant and lead a respectable life in the village.

He also mentors young children, supports them financially and guides them through the principals of fair business practices to begin start-ups and make a difference in their lives. He strongly believes that Good Education and Good Health are the two pillars which make a nation strong.

Vinay Thakker

Mr.Vinay Thakker is responsible for the day to day operations of the group companies. During the time of his graduation itself, he joined his father Mr. Kishor Thakker. His enterprising spirit and dynamism soon took the real estate consultancy business to new heights. Channelizing a strong database of MNC clients, he soon bagged a lot of exclusive mandates for his company.

Not one to sit back on his laurels, he decided to further augment his company's real estate consultancy expertise and launched a new company VEEKAY ASSOCIATES in 1992 to cater to the interests of his big investor groups. VEEKAY ASSOCIATES offered them the required know how, knowledge and expertise to invest profitably in the real estate sector mainly in pre-launch stage of projects and other variable investment tools such as preleased properties.

VEEKAY ASSOCIATES also provides services to developers by helping them arrange funds for their upcoming projects, arranging bulk bookings for their projects before launch and enabling investors exit the project with profits thus maintaining a good balance between the interests of both the developers and the investors.

With exponential growth VEEKAY ASSOCIATES further diversified and ventured in to self-financing of many such projects. In short it started becoming a silent partner in many of the projects in Mumbai.

Joining the illustrious legacy of his family, monish thakker has joined to the group to take the company to greater heights. He holds a pgdm in real estate with a specialization in marketing. During his professional career in the industry he has garnered experience and knowledge in various aspects likebusiness process excellence, business development, process improvement, quality control, sales and marketing. He has been instrumental in development and deloypement of the various sales and marketing strategies for the their luxury project.
